Great service in store, highlighting a 100 day return policy on the product. Then chose the product online and had it delivered ahead of schedule. Great updates as the delivery progressed. Product, an MSR tent, was also excellent.

The orderi was fine, we had a due date for delivery to Greece and a tracking number for the courier. After 2 days the tracking stopped so I contacted both S&R and the courier company y to see where parcel was. Long sorry story short, I never received the parcel, the customer service from both the store and the courier was terrible, no one wanted to help other than telling me what I already knew. After over a month, I asked for a refund and the only person who helped was Angela
and refunded the money straight away. Well done Angela, the rest need some training and change your courier. Would not recommend I'm afraid

Great products and very quick delivery.

Ordered several items, including 2 pairs of snowboard boots. These arrived next day, free of charge!!
Unfortunately, one of the items was too small, so had to return them. The returns process is easy and straightforward

I visited the snow and rock website last Saturday and saw next day delivery plastered across the site. Didn't expect it to arrive Monday but thought Tuesday would be 'next day'. Over a week later on a sunday evening I got an email saying it had been dispatched, again meaning it wouldn't be here until at least Tuesday. It arrived Wednesday (today) 11 days after ordering it.
Whats worse! the one of the items of my 300 quid order had clearly been pulled off the shelf as had hand written store stickers on it, another item is as questionable as it was slung in a box with no original protective packaging.
Needless to say I wont ever use the store again and sending back for replacement feels like it'll take months going by experience to date. I am livid that I received items that worn and handled ex display items
